  • Yes, but limited
  • Can I park an RV in the parking lot?
  • No
  • Can I bring a scooter/wheelchair/golf cart?
  • Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed, no scooters, golf carts, skateboards, or roller blades
  • Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket?
  • Yes
  • Can I bring my own food and drink?
  • No outside food or drinks
  • Can I bring coolers, bags, and totes?
  • No coolers or large bags and totes, all bags subject to search.
  • Can we watch the show from our car in the parking lot?
  • With tree line, visibility will be extremely poor if totally not blocked.
  • What are the radio frequencies used by the Airshow?
  • Not available.
  • Can I fly into the Airshow?
  • Yes, Fly Ins are encouraged, but must be done before show begins and planes cannot leave until after show is finished
  • Can I go out to my car and re-enter the Airshow?
  • Yes, but reentry must be made through the main gate
  • Is there shade?
  • No, please wear a hat.
  • Are pets allowed?
  • Only service animals.
  • Are cameras & video recorders allowed?
  • Yes, larger camera & video bags are subject to search.
  • I am coming from out of town, where can I stay?
  • There are several choices around, the airport is located in White County, just off Highway 111, approximately 5-miles from Cookeville and Putnam County. Several state parks with camp sites, cabins and lodging are easily accessible. Click here for a list of available Motels & Hotels or Email for more details.
  • Can you give me a schedule of acts?

  • Can I meet any of the pilots?
  • Yes, several of the pilots will be available for 'meet and greet' opportunities
  • What happens if it rains?
  • There is no rain date
  • Are there first aid facilities on-site?
  • Fully qualified personnel will be on site for any medical emergency
  • Do you have any Bleacher Seating?
  • There will be very limited public seating.

 

Helpful Tips

  • Wear comfortable shoes. Wear sunscreen and sunglasses. Bring a hat.
  • Feel free to bring lawn chairs and umbrellas.
  • Bring hearing protection.
